Here is a beautiful decorative blue art glass vase model 5616-C by Wayne Husted for Blenko, circa 1957. This piece is 6" in diameter and is in good condition with no cracks or chips. We have found this particular piece in the 1957 catalog and a screen capture of this can be found in our photos. We purchased this piece from the original owner who was in her 90's and it was very well cared for over the years.
