Description:
Here is a very nice Danish modern sought after "Z" lounge chair in walnut, circa 1960s. This stunning chair was crafted from solid walnut wood by Danish craftsmen and the quality of their work is amazing. The chair cushions have new foam and the fabric is in good vintage condition. We did give this chair a full cleaning and polishing to bring back its original look. The leg tips do show some minor signs of wear, the worst of this wear can be seen in our last photo and in order to keep this piece as original as possible we decided it was best to clean those areas and leave them as is. The seat cushions are reversible with a plain color on the other side. The chairs webbing may have been re-done by the original owner over the years and the current webbing is in good condition. Overall this is piece is in great condition, it sits solid and is a very good example of mid-century craftsmanship. This piece is engraved with the "Made in Denmark" stamp underneath.
