Description:
Here is a very nice and hard to find Heywood Wakefield credenza (model no. A654), this was part of Heywood Wakefield’s “Danish Modern” line, circa 1961. Crafted from solid oak and in true Heywood Wakefield style this piece has a teak stain applied similar to the more common Wheat and Champagne stained piece found on the market today.

This piece has two caned doors on the front left (in perfect condition) with black cast iron boomerang style handles and two pull out blonde shelves inside. On the right there are three drawers, the top drawer has dividers for your silverware, the second/middle drawer is a regular drawer and the bottom drawer is double the depth of the top two for storing larger items.

Overall this piece is in very good restored condition. We have included a page from the original “Danish Modern” brochure to show the model number and authenticity and this piece is stamped by the maker.
