Oiled Walnut Ottoman by Jack Cartwright for Founders Line Patterns 10, Circa 1960s

Oil-finished walnut and upholstered ottoman designed by Jack Cartwright for the Founders Furniture Company “Patterns 10” line, circa 1960s. This beautifully crafted Mid-Century Modern piece has been carefully restored, including disassembly, regluing, and clamping of the frame to ensure long-lasting stability. The walnut has been freshly oiled and polished to revive its original warmth and character.

The ottoman features an upholstered patchwork vinyl cushion top, which is part of Cartwright's design. The piece is sturdy, functional, and ready for everyday use or display.
Priced accordingly, the ottoman does show minor separation at two corners of the upholstery. This issue is relatively small and has been clearly documented in the accompanying images for transparency.
