Now available is a beautifully restored 60.75” walnut credenza by Broyhill for their highly sought-after Saga collection, dating to the 1960s. This classic mid-century piece features a spacious walnut top, three deep center drawers, and two generous side compartments, each fitted with a fixed half-depth shelf concealed behind walnut cabinet doors adorned with the iconic Saga starburst motif.

This credenza has been carefully restored with an emphasis on preserving as much of the original finish and character as possible. During the restoration process, approximately 90% of visible imperfections — including scratches, paint marks, and general wear — were professionally addressed while maintaining the integrity and warmth of the original finish. After a thorough cleaning, the original finish on the front and sides was preserved, while the top was refinished and color-matched to blend seamlessly with the rest of the piece.

The original drawer pulls remain intact and show only light wear consistent with age. The front of the bottom drawer retains a few faint marks that were intentionally left untouched to preserve the original finish on the drawer fronts. Overall, the credenza presents beautifully and retains the authentic look and feel intended by the maker. The original Saga label is still present inside the top drawer.
