Modern Hoop Coffee Table by Salterini, Circa 1960s - *Please ask for a shipping quote before you buy.

This elegant round coffee table was manufactured by Maurizio Tempestini for Salterini in the 1960s. Crafted from iron and glass, the table features its original glass top, which is recessed approximately 2 inches below the upper metal ring for a distinctive layered look. Beneath the glass, the table retains its original rattan-woven basket insert suspended within the lower hoop, adding warmth and texture to the design. This basket is in good original condition with some small breaks to the rattan.

The original glass shows three small edge nicks where it meets the frame, consistent with age and use, and visible in the accompanying photos. The table also retains its original Tempestini Neva-Rust label affixed to the underside of one leg, further confirming its authenticity.
