This rare surfboard-style dining table by Lane Furniture is part of the company’s early 1960s Cameo collection. The Cameo line is celebrated for its beautifully grained walnut construction and rich oil finish, showcasing the timeless craftsmanship and organic elegance associated with mid-century modern design.

The table features a striking walnut tabletop framed by a contrasting pecan wood border, complemented by a sculpted apron and elegantly tapered legs. Measuring 62 inches long by 42 inches wide, the piece offers both functional scale and distinctive style. The table comes with 3 original leaves, each leaf adds 12" in length to the table. When all 3 are inserted, the table is 98" long. The leaves are in original condition and show some very light signs of use.

Presented in original condition, this table has been exceptionally well preserved by its original owners and displays only minimal wear consistent with age and use. Minor light scuffs are visible on the tabletop, along with slight wear to the edges and legs, all of which are shown in the accompanying photographs. The table separates at the center to accommodate extension leaves; however, leaves are not included. There is a very slight drop on the left side where the table meets in the middle when assembled, though it is minimal and does not detract from overall stability. Metal support bars underneath help maintain the table’s level and sturdy structure.
