The original frame has been carefully cleaned up in-house and fitted with new Pirelli rubber webbing straps, custom-cut to the sofa’s exact dimensions. These high-quality supports provide both durability and enhanced comfort, allowing for subtle flexibility when seated. As expected with a vintage piece, there are minor signs of wear consistent with age and use on the frame itself; these have been thoughtfully documented in the accompanying images. The structure has been tested for stability and comfortably supports the average adult's everyday use. The cushions were expertly crafted by a local upholsterer with over 50 years of experience, closely replicating the original sofa's design. For improved comfort and usability, the seat cushion has been increased by 2 inches in thickness, raising the seat height from 16" to 18".

Upholstered in a soft off-white coconut bouclé fabric, the cushions offer a refined texture and contemporary appeal. Each cushion includes a zipper closure, allowing for easy removal and cleaning.
