Set of six (6) Danish-made afromosia teak dining chairs with new upholstery, circa late 1950s. These chairs are stunning and showcase some of the best features in Danish Modern design from the mid-century era. The chair design allows the chair to hug you as you sit for an unbelievably comfortable dining experience. Each chair frame was taken apart and freshly glued to ensure they all sit sturdily. The seats were carefully recovered in a high-end white textured fabric before throughout polishing each chair frame to bring back its original shine. The woodgrain is amazing throughout the chair frames. These are unmarked, and the only exact matches we have found are to listings from Holland. Two of the chairs had moving stickers on the legs, which indicate that they were shipped to the US with a family at some stage in their lifetime.
