Walnut Five Drawer Chest by LANE, Circa 1971 - Please ask for a shipping quote before you buy.

Lane tall 5-drawer chest of drawers in walnut, circa 1971. This piece was made to last, and it shows. The pieces boast Lanes' transition from the 1960s peg legs to the platform base of the 1970s. All 5 drawers are deep and offer lots of storage. The walnut grain pops from every angle on this chest of drawers. The piece is marked by its maker, and all 5 drawers operate as they should. We gave this piece a thorough cleaning inside and out to restore its original look. As the finish was in great original condition, we left it as is. A few things to note: the very bottom of the inside lip has two scratches from the bottom drawer being removed and hitting the frame. The top drawer has some wear on the inside top of the drawer front, which can be seen when the drawer is open. Please see our last few images for more details.
