Available - a very well-preserved doctor's office medicine cabinet, made by Hamilton MFG Co., circa 1920s. This piece was in my family doctor's office since I was born, and I believe that it was part of the office furniture since the practice began in the 1920s. Although it's not our usual modern piece, when we had the opportunity to acquire the piece, we could not say no. The piece was made with a mix of woods, which allows the piece to stand out. The door pulls are all wooden, the drawers are metal with wood fronts, and to make it all even better, when the top opens, the light goes on to reveal a white interior with 3 height-adjustable, unique glass shelves. This would be the perfect home bar without altering the piece in any way. We did re-wire the light as the wires were corroded and a fire hazard. The front of the top area has a long piece of black glass to add to the already beautiful design.
On the condition, this piece shows some signs of light wear, which is expected but the two items to note are, a small approx. 6" long scratch on the wooden cutting board that pulls out from the top of the drawers area (pictured), and some light scuffs, and small bottle rings on the very top of the piece (also pictured). Overall this piece is in good original condition. Please check this piece out soon and reach out if you have questions. Thanks for looking!
