Available now - a very nicely restored extension dining table in Brazilian rosewood, walnut, and butternut with a matte black frame by Milo Baughman for Directional, circa 1960s. This stunning expanding dining table features the tri-wood tabletop, and it was manufactured by the Johnson Furniture Company of Grand Rapids. The table comes with two 20" wide apron leaves, and when both leaves are inserted, the table opens to 100" long. This table can sit up to 12 people comfortably, and it was made with metal table extenders underneath the table top, which prevents the table from drooping in the center when weight is added. We restored the tabletop to remove the majority of scratches and imperfections, then we added a durable matte finish to blend with the matte black frame. The black frame was lightly sanded and touched up with an appropriate matching finish to the original. The table is original and came from an amazing mid-century home built in the early 1960s, so it's not new and may show some light signs of wear from age/use, but we try our best to make sure our pieces are in as good of condition as possible before we place them online for sale.
