Item Description:
Here is a very nicely preserved walnut Grand Haven Chair by Jack Van Der Molen for Jamestown Oak, circa 1950s/1960s. The walnut frame does show some signs of wear that can be seen in our images. The chair sits sturdily and is comfortable. The piece was reupholstered at some stage with a local upholsterer in Thomasville, PA, with its red fabric, which is clean and free from rips or tears. Since reupholstering, we believe new foam was added to the seat cushion as the cushion fabric was opened and resown. This is a nice piece of history and is now available for in-person viewing at our Bootleg Antiques location. Please reach out if you have any questions, and thanks for looking!
