Item Description:
Here is a very nicely preserved 9-drawer dresser or triple dresser in walnut by Dixie, circa 1960s. Constructed from quality materials from the modern era, this piece showcases an exceptional walnut woodgrain throughout. The brass and porcelain drawer pulls and tall modern legs set this piece apart from other pieces made by DIxie in the mid-century era. The drawers easily operate on wooden rails, and the piece sits sturdily on all four legs. On the condition, we did give this piece a complete going-over in our workshop, where we cleaned out the interior and polished the case (sides & top) and drawer fronts, all while meticulously inspecting the piece. We have pointed out the following in our images, a few small dents on the top left, a small nick on the front left corner, a small pinky-nail-size nick on the top front right side of the dresser, and a small amount of wear from age/use to the top right drawer in the area close to the drawer pull itself. These issues noted are consistent with age/use, and overall, this piece is in good original condition. Please reach out if you have any questions, and thanks for looking!
