Mid Century Modern Chest of Drawers by Dixie, Circa 1960s

Here is a very nicely preserved five drawer chest in walnut by Dixie, circa 1960s. The porcelain drawer pulls and tall modern legs set this piece apart from other pieces made by Dixie in the mid-century era. We gave this piece a complete going-over in our workshop where we cleaned out the interior and polished the case (sides & top) and drawer fronts. We have pointed out the following in our images: a small piece of veneer repair on the top right front corner by the original owner and a small pinky-length piece of wear on the left side under the second drawer. These are consistent with age/use, but overall, the piece is in good condition for its age. Please reach out if you have any questions.
