Description:
Fiesta Red Sugar Bowl and Lid
Circa 1936-1942: Scroll tabbed handles would have been slip cast separately and then hand joined to the molded sugar body. The flared foot needed to be shapped by hand as well, seams smoothed and more rings etched into the pottery. The sugar bowl's lidded finial top was also cast separately and joined by hand. Highly desirable original red glaze, in very good condition with no cracks or chips. Please see photos for condition and decide for yourself as all sales are final.
