Item Description:
Here is an all-original pair of cast iron and wood slat swivel bar stools by Arthur Umanoff, circa 1950s. Both stools are sturdy and swivel with ease. The backrests on both stools are made from a woven Danish cord. Each leg retains its original rubber end to provide stability and protect floors from the cast iron leg ends. The wood slats show signs of wear from age/use as expected, and the backrests are darker from age. All of the joints in the chair frames are sturdy and intact, with some signs of wear consistent with age/use. Overall these stools are in decent condition, we have had them in the past in worse condition but we have kept these in their original condition.
