Item Description:
Here is a nicely preserved sleeper sofa in a beautiful houndstooth fabric manufactured by Haven Manufacturing Company of Baltimore, circa 1972. This piece is labeled and the style is listed as Eden Roc with a product number of 67O10 BLK White. Haven MFG. Co. was a high-end furniture maker located at 725 North Haven St., Baltimore 5, Maryland. This sofa opens into a full-size bed with ease and the mattress was most likely never used as it is in pristine condition. The sofa itself sits on brass casters so it can be easily moved around if necessary. The houndstooth fabric does not show any stains or tears. This piece was used in a home office for its lifetime and got very little use. As per PA state law, we sanitized this piece with Steri-Fab for peace of mind. Overall this piece is in good condition for its age and is worth checking out. Thanks for looking!
