Description:
Circa 1936-1938: Early Version— The early version of the utility tray was produced on a ram press. Redesigned to be slip cast about two years into production helps date this piece between 1936 and 1938. Early ram pressed pieces can be identified by a fully dry foot and straight edges. Collectors of 1st versions of vintage Fiesta pottery will appreciate these early variations. Typical factory varations, like a glaze miss and a couple spots under the glaze are found, but the vintage piece is without signs of use or scratches and has a nice shiny surface. Measures approximately 10 1/2" long. Great for display or use everyday for a cracker dish, serving dish, snack tray, etc. Please see photos for condition and decide for yourself as all sales are final.
