Item Description:
Here is a very nice and all-original walnut 5-drawer chest by Broyhill Premier for their Saga line, circa 1960s. This piece features the Broyhill Saga signature stars on the top two drawers and the brass/faux wood drawer pulls on the bottom 3 drawers. These bottom drawer pulls show some patina from age but retain most of their original faux wood center. The solid sculpted walnut legs run from the top to the bottom on each corner giving this piece a very nice modern look. This piece does have the first edition wooden drawer rails and all drawers slide well. We thoroughly cleaned and polished this piece to return its original look/feel. The interior of the top 3 drawers has contact paper from the 60s that was in perfect condition so we left that intact for the next owner to decide if they want to remove it or not.
