Item Description:
Here is a very nicely preserved 8-foot-long sofa upholstered in a stunning orange fabric by American of Martinsville and made in the early 1960s. This piece features a mixed design between modern and traditional but the original orange fabric against the curved walnut edges told us right away that this is something we should have on display in our new showroom. The fabric is in excellent condition without any issues to note, the backrest cushions have a nice design to break up the long orange look of the sofa. This piece was prized by its original owners from new and was extremely well cared for its entire life. The piece sits firm as a formal sofa with comfort and at 8 feet long it's big enough to lay across without the need to place your head on the wooden armrest. This piece is stunning and from our experience a pretty rare find especially in this condition. If you have a large living room and want to make a great statement then check this piece out soon.
