*Because the cost varies with an item's weight, size, and destination, we can't provide a firm and fixed price quote for shipping in the shipping estimate calculator in this listing. Please provide us with your zip code and we will find a competitive shipping quote for your area. If you are happy with our estimate just let us know and we will add this cost to the listing for online checkout. If requested, our shipping estimate will be for a door-to-door blanket wrap or white glove shipping service. Delivery times vary depending on how fast we can find a shipper and how well-traveled certain areas are. We do not recommend Freight service for transporting larger pieces but these are options for smaller pieces of furniture.

Item Description:
Here is a very nice four-drawer chest by Lane for their Acclaim line, circa 1965. This piece showcases the Acclaim signature detailing on each drawer front. The top drawer hosts a divider along with the maker's stamp, the next two drawers are open with plenty of storage and the bottom drawer is a double-height drawer for storing larger items like blankets. We saved the original finish on this piece and made a touch-up to the top drawer front on the right side to keep it matching the rest of the piece as best as possible. Originally this piece had a platform-style base that can be seen on our image from the original brochure, however, the bottom portions had been damaged badly over the years we had to remove that part and add some modern legs to allow the piece to be functional. The top of the dresser is a faux wood veneer. The original Lane Acclaim mirror which is shown in the brochure did come attached to this dresser. This mirror can be removed and wall-mounted if you desire. The mirror does have a small bowtie etching in each corner. This piece sits sturdily and all drawers function as they should. Both the chest and mirror retain the maker's mark on the back. Please see our images for details and reach out if you have any further questions. Thanks for looking!
