Item Description:
Here is a very nice walnut 5-drawer chest by Johnson Carper, circa 1960s. This piece showcases a very streamlined design and oozes mid-century modern from every angle. The interior of the piece is very clean and we did give the outside of the piece a thorough cleaning and polishing. The top on this 5-drawer chest is faux wood and is in decent condition for its age. There is one scratch on the right side that is shown in our photos and there were some repairs made to clean up the veneer in particular to the from drawer pulls. The drawer pulls cleaned up very well and looked nice. There is a small amount of wear on the back left corner, this was cleaned up but we wanted to point that out also in advance, this can be seen in our images. This piece sits sturdily and would be a great addition to any home. Overall this piece is in good condition with some minimal signs of wear.
