Item Description:
Here is a beautiful modern tri-wood coffee table with a heavy cast iron base, circa 1970s. This tri-wood coffee table showcases alternate rosewood, teak, and oak woods banded together to create a very desirable look. The table is marked with its model number 393S but we were unable to identify the maker. Based on our research and information from the original owner it was most likely purchased along with a Thyer Coggin sofa in the late 1970s. The solid cast iron arched base does weigh more than the table top so this piece does weigh close to 75 lbs. The table top was cleaned up to save the original finish and two very small marks on one corner which can be seen in our 2nd last image. One edge was touched up and this can be seen in our last image. Overall this is a very nice high-end designed coffee table and is in good condition for its age.
