Item Description:
Here is a beautiful full-size bed frame model M910 by Heywood Wakefield for their Harmonic Bedroom Group, circa 1954. The Harmonic Bedroom Group was introduced in 1954, made from solid birch wood, and featured "a rhythmic flow of lines...a contrast of light and shadows...a harmonious combination of good styling, sound construction, and solid value." The majority of pieces in this line by Heywood Wakefield were only produced for one year.
If you are looking for that perfect piece to make a statement in your home then check this piece out soon. We gave this piece a thorough cleaning and polishing to save the original Champagne finish. Other than some small surface wear to the footboard this piece is in overall good condition without any major issues to note. There was a small repair made to the top left side of the footboard that can be seen in our photos, this does not affect the structure of the piece and will not be seen when a mattress is in place. We would recommend a low-profile boxspring for this bed frame. This bed frame includes the headboard, footboard, and 2 side rails.
