Item Description:
Here is a very nice set of 4 teak dining chairs by Erik Buch for O.D. Møbler A-S of Denmark, circa 1960s. Each chair frame was crafted from solid teak wood and this unique chair design allows the seat to appear floating. This is a set of 4 side chairs and they would make a great addition to any home. The upholstery is an off-white nubby wool fabric and it is original with no tears, rips, or stains to note. All chairs sit sturdily and with an upholstered backrest, they provide ample comfort. The chair frames are in overall good condition with some minimal signs of use, For one chair we did add some glue to strengthen the backrest and there is a small nick on the other side of the same chair, please see our last photo for details. This set is marked with the maker's name along with the Danish Control label which was only afforded to the very best pieces exported from Denmark. We did remove any white marks on the legs and gave these chairs fresh polishing. The upholstery was thoroughly cleaned. Overall they are in good original condition with some minimal wear from use.
