Description:
Here are 4 very nice high-back teak dining chairs by SAX of Denmark, circa 1960s. These chairs have a very nice Danish design and would look great in any home. All 4 chairs sit sturdily, we did glue and clamp most joints to ensure they hold up well with use. One chair retains its original black Naugahyde fabric with one small crack on the front left corner which can be seen in our last photo. The other 3 chairs we recovered in a matching Naugahyde fabric, this fabric was put over the original upholstery and they look good but could be redone down the road should the new owner decide to do that with a fabric of their choice. All chair frames were cleaned and polished. One teak rung on the backrest of one chair was replaced and which can be seen in our 2nd last photo. Overall these chairs are in good condition.
