Item Description:
Here is a beautiful set of 8 restored phase one dining chairs by Broyhill for their Brasilia line, circa 1960s. These chairs showcase one of the most popular American chair designs from the mid-century era. This set included 6 side chairs and 2 captains chairs. The chair frames were taken apart and reglued with new screws to ensure they all sit sturdily. Each frame was stripped, sanded, and stained with a slightly darker shade than the original walnut to bring out the stunning walnut woodgrain before applying a durable finish. Each seat was reupholstered in black faux leather which allows for easy cleaning. Our photos show these chairs slightly darker than they are but they are worth checking out. Overall these chairs are in very good restored condition.
