Item Description:
Here is a very nice and hard-to-find pair of high-quality lounge chairs in their original green-striped fabric by American of Martinsville, circa 1960s. Both chairs sit on a walnut wood frame with modern peg legs which ooze mid-century from every angle. These chairs are very well crafted and sit comfortably. The original upholstery does have a few signs of wear around the piping on the back corners and front armrests on both chairs. As seen in our last few photos, there is a consistent 2" tear on each armrest. Although clean and usable with some minor wear they would be an excellent candidate for reupholstering. Both lounge chairs are labeled by the maker.
