Item Description:
Here is a stunning set of 8 dining chairs by Jack Cartwright for Founders Furniture Inc., circa 1960s. This set of 8 dining chairs is part of Cartwrights' "Patterns 7" collection and is made up of 2 armchairs and 6 side chairs. Constructed from high-grade solid walnut wood and with a true oil finish that brings out the fine natural beauty f the wood. The backrest on each chair is caned and in very good condition. All seats are upholstered in a black naugahyde fabric, 6 chairs seem to have their original fabric, and 2 side chairs have had their fabric relaced at some stage with a good match. We did tighten up all screws and give these chairs a thorough oiling to bring back their original shine. Overall they are in good original condition with very minimal signs of wear.
