Item Description:
Here is an absolutely stunning teak tambour credenza with a glass front hutch top by Bernhard Pedersen & Son of Denmark, circa 1960s. The credenza has two very nice tambour doors on the front and when opened show 3 small silverware drawers in the center with a large compartment on either side. Inside the credenza are 3 height adjustable shelves. The glass front hutch top has 2 height adjustable shelves and offers lots of room for displaying your favorite pieces. Overall this piece is in exceptional original condition. The left glass door on the hutch top does show some light scuffs that can be seen in certain light and there is one very small nick on the front right, this is very very small but we wanted to point it out in advance of purchase. As this piece is very long at 83" we found that it must sit level for the tambour doors to open back fully, if the piece is not level the doors tend to open back to about where you can see in our photos. It does have a stamp from the maker on the underside of the credenza. Overall this is an exceptional piece and ready for its next 50+ years.
