Item Description:
Here is a very nice Danish Ottoman in rosewood by Illum Wikkelsø, Circa 1960s. The wood grain on this piece is exceptional. We did give this piece a good cleaning and polishing to bring back its original look. The black leather cushion is original and we added some new foam to the inside, however, this cushion does have some issues and would need to be replaced. But it is in usable condition until the new owner decided on a replacement to match their chair. One of the rosewood rungs or flat wood rails that hold the cushion in place does have a slight warp but this does not affect the stability or comfort of the piece. This ottoman is stamped with a Danish control, this was added to only the highest quality pieces from Denmark. Please see our photos for more details. Overall this piece is in good condition for its age.
