Item Description:
Here is a beautiful sculpted walnut full-size bed frame by Kipp Stewart for Drexel, circa 1960s. This impressive piece was designed for Drexel's Declaration line and consists of a headboard, footboard, 2 side rails, and 3 wooden slats. Constructed from a mix of solid walnut and walnut veneer this piece oozes modern design and the walnut grain pops on this piece from every angle. This piece is in very good original condition, we did give it a good cleaning and polishing to bring back its original shine. The bed rails along the side have a faux wood front and do show some minor signs of wear. The left side of the top curved portion does come out a fraction further than it should but overall this piece sturdy and in great original condition.
